All prepaid sessions must be used by end of this calendar year (December 31, 2024). Purchase of the prepaid sessions constitutes full agreement and understanding of this term.
24 hour cancellation of a scheduled prepaid session is required.
No-shows, non-cancelled sessions, and sessions not cancelled with 24 hour advance notice will count towards one prepaid session being used.
Sessions cannot be broken down into smaller times (e.g. 60 min to 2 30 min sessions). Additional time can be added at regular fees.
Sessions are non-transferable.
Special offers do not apply to Medicare customers.
If your decide to purchase additional treatment, you have the legal right to change your mind within three days and receive a refund.
